1. When will I receive my digital product?

You will receive:

  • a second email with your download link
    Delivery may take a few minutes in some cases.


2. I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder.
If the email is not there, contact us at info.nevcta@gmail.com and we will resend your files immediately.


3. Can I request a refund?

Since our products are digital and accessible instantly, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been opened or downloaded.
If you received the wrong file or have technical issues, we’ll fix it as soon as possible.


4. Can I use the product for commercial purposes?

No. All Nevcta digital products include a personal-use license only.
You may not:

  • redistribute

  • resell

  • share

  • modify for commercial use


5. How many times can I download my files?

You can download your files as many times as you need.
Just keep your email with the download link accessible.


6. What should I do if the file doesn’t open or shows an error?

We’ll send you a new link or a replaced file within 24–48 hours.


7. Do I need any special software to use the products?

Most products come in universal formats like PDF, PNG or JPEG.
Check each product description for specific file types or requirements.


8. Can I share the product with friends or online?

No.
Sharing, uploading or redistributing our digital products violates our Terms of Service and may cause access to be revoked.


9. Are updates included if you improve the product?

Yes.
If we update or improve a product you purchased, you will receive the updated version at no extra cost.
